Same Day Crowns

In some cases a single-visit same day crown is desired. Dr. Ura uses CEREC® technology, a CAD/CAM tool that designs and fabricates all-ceramic dental crowns right in his office, for placement the same day. The procedure involves taking a digital scan of the patient’s prepared tooth, then feeding the data into proprietary software. Dr. Ura works with the software to design a ceramic restoration that will restore your tooth and look beautifully natural. In about one hour, the system’s milling unit produces a high-quality custom restoration. You won’t have to wear a temporary or come back later to have your permanent crown placed.
