Meet Dr. Janiga
Nashua, NH Dentist
Dr. Janiga attended Trinity College where he graduated with Honors in Chemistry in 2011. While at Trinity, he played baseball and was a member of their 2008 national championship team. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, earning his DMD with Honors in Clinical Dentistry in 2015. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Janiga was commissioned in to the US Army where he served as a dental officer in the Army Dental Corps for five years.
He completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Joint Base Lewis McCord in Washington state in 2016, where he trained to perform complex surgical and restorative dental procedures. He then was stationed at Ft. Lee in Virginia. During his time at Ft. Lee, Dr. Janiga was selected as one of the top 40 Under 40 dentists in America by Incisal Edge magazine in 2017.
Dr. Janiga is committed to dental education. He has lectured nationally about new trends and techniques in dentistry at various venues and webinars. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Hampshire Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy for Sports Dentistry. In 2019, Dr. Janiga’s commitment to pursing continuing education led to him receiving Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a contributor to “Spear Digest,” where he writes columns on clinical and practice management concepts for the prestigious Spear Education’s dental website.
When he isn’t practicing or attending continuing education courses, Dr. Janiga and his wife Jo-Ann, who is a professor of chemistry, enjoy traveling, biking, hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors.
