Meet Your Nashua Doctors

Dr. Janiga

A 2015 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Janiga brings a unique blend of athletic discipline and clinical excellence to patient care. His journey in dentistry was shaped early on—working in his hometown dental office during high school and college breaks, where he discovered that dentistry is about building relationships and making genuine connections with people in your community.

Before dental school, Dr. Janiga earned his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in 2011, where he played baseball and was part of the team that won the National Championship in 2008. That team mentality and dedication to excellence continues to define his approach to patient care today.

Commitment to Excellence

With over 100 hours of continuing education annually, Dr. Janiga stays at the forefront of dental advances through advanced training at prestigious institutions including Spear Education, where he is also a Faculty Club member. He regularly publishes articles for Spear Digest and has been published in the “General Dentistry” journal for his research on “The Endocrown.”

His expertise has earned notable recognition, including being selected as one of Incisal Edge magazine’s “40 Under 40” dentists in 2017 and named to the Academy of General Dentistry’s “10 Dentists to Watch” in January 2024. He currently holds Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry and is on track to achieve Mastership by 2028.

Dr. Janiga offers comprehensive services from traditional orthodontics and implant surgery to clear aligners and CEREC same-day crowns, allowing patients to receive coordinated care under one roof.

Service and Community

As a member of the Nashua Rotary Club, Dr. Janiga is working on a grassroots initiative to help the local “Traveling Tooth Fairies” program obtain a mobile dental clinic for Nashua Public Schools.

His time serving as an Army Dentist reinforced what drew him to dentistry: the opportunity to help people from all walks of life become healthy while building meaningful connections beyond their dental care.

Life Beyond Dentistry

When not in the office, you’ll find Dr. Janiga outdoors with his wife, Jo-Ann, and daughters, Ally and Zoey. The family is on a mission to visit all the National Parks—they’ve explored about a dozen so far. An avid photographer, many of the nature and landscape photos throughout the office and website are his own work, capturing the beauty of the places the family has explored together.

Dr. Sargent

A graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Sargent brings fresh energy and academic excellence to the Center for Dental Excellence team. Graduating as valedictorian of her dental school class, she embodies the perfect harmony of science, healthcare, and artistry that drew her to dentistry.

Academic Excellence

Dr. Sargent’s exceptional performance at Tufts earned her membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society, along with numerous prestigious awards including the Hanau “Best of the Best Award” for Excellence in Prosthodontics, the Northeastern Society of Periodontists Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Periodontology, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Horace Wells Senior Student Award. Her passion for teaching was evident throughout dental school, where she served as a teaching assistant for multiple courses.

Before dental school, Dr. Sargent attended Cushing Academy for high school, where she played volleyball and softball, then earned her BS in Molecular Genetics and BA in Public Health from the University of Rochester.

A Patient-Centered Approach

What Dr. Sargent finds most fulfilling about dentistry is its impact beyond oral health—transforming confidence and how patients interact with the world. She cherishes the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, seeing them twice a year and sometimes even across generations. Every patient and every case is unique, requiring flexibility, customization, and genuine care.

Inspired by her own family dentist and her aunt who is a dental hygienist, Dr. Sargent discovered that dentistry offered the perfect way to combine her love of science with the art of helping people feel confident and healthy.

Life Beyond Dentistry

Outside the office, Dr. Sargent shares the practice’s passion for exploring National Parks and enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors. A creative spirit, she crafts with her Cricut, is teaching herself to sew, and creates beautiful stained glass pieces—a hobby she credits for developing her precision skills. She comes from a close-knit Massachusetts family that includes her parents, younger brother, and her cat, Mocha. Her big extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins means the world to her and shaped who she is today.
