A United States Air Force veteran, Celeste brings her dedication to service and financial expertise from her banking background to help patients navigate their dental care with confidence. What drives her is simple: helping people.
Celeste creates a safe space where patients feel comfortable, respected, and heard. She’s your go-to person for any financial questions, always providing honest and clear communication while ensuring every patient feels at ease.
Outside the office, you’ll find this avid reader experimenting with Italian cuisine in her kitchen or adventuring to new destinations. A true family person who embodies compassion, authenticity, and loyalty in everything she does.
Angela | Operational Manager
After 25+ years in retail, Angela decided to step out of her comfort zone and try something completely new in 2022—and discovered she loves it. She handles scheduling, patient check-ins, financials, phone calls, and most importantly, helping patients feel comfortable and understand their treatment options.
What Angela loves most about her job is learning new things and being part of a work family that genuinely cares about each other and their patients. She believes what makes this practice special is simple: the team. We care, we listen, and our patients matter.
When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Angela with a book in hand, at the beach, or spending time with family and friends outdoors. Compassionate, organized, supportive, sympathetic, and amiable—Angela brings warmth to every interaction.
Katrina | Registered Dental Hygienist
As someone who experienced dental anxiety as a child, Katrina understands firsthand how important it is to create a positive dental experience. That personal connection inspired her to pursue dental hygiene, earning her Bachelor of Science from Franklin Pierce University and completing the fast-track dental hygiene program at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Since joining our practice in June 2020, Katrina has focused on preventative care, oral cancer screenings, periodontal therapy, and patient education. What she loves most is making patients feel comfortable, seeing them leave happy, and building meaningful relationships along the way.
Outside the office, Katrina stays active through running and skiing, loves traveling, and is a devoted family person. Empathetic, reliable, honest, and detail-oriented, she can’t imagine working anywhere else.

Mardie | Certified Dental Assistant
With over 33 years in dentistry, Mardie’s passion for teeth began in 1992 and has never wavered. She’s DANB certified and brings decades of expertise in providing emotional support to patients while helping them transform their smiles.
Mardie finds the greatest reward in watching patients regain their confidence and feel proud of their smiles. She’s been with our practice since summer 2020, providing compassionate care that makes every visit more comfortable.
When she’s not in the office, Mardie tends to her garden or spends time with her animals. Honest, compassionate, transparent, strong, determined, and committed—she brings all these qualities to her work and genuinely loves what she does.
Erin | Certified Dental Assistant
After exploring different career paths following college, Erin discovered her calling in dental assisting in 2021—and hasn’t looked back since. What started as curiosity turned into genuine passion when she realized how good she was at helping patients feel comfortable and confident with their smiles.
As a DANB Certified Dental Assistant who earned her certification in September, Erin is excited to keep growing in her career. She currently manages ordering and supplies for the office while assisting with procedures, scheduling treatment plans, and providing the emotional support that makes all the difference.
Erin loves exploring new places with friends, painting, and spending quality time with her boyfriend of six years, Zach. Her compassionate, approachable, and empathetic nature shines through in every patient interaction.
Lucy | Assistant
Lucy entered dentistry with a clear purpose: to impact people’s lives and health by transforming their smiles. After completing her training at NHTI, she discovered her true calling and has dedicated 23 years to perfecting her craft. She joined this practice in 2006 and has been an essential part of the team ever since.
Throughout her career, Lucy has pursued advanced certifications in cosmetic dentistry, sleep dentistry, and digital dentistry, allowing her to provide cutting-edge care with a personalized touch. She’s passionate about combining high-tech solutions with the individualized attention every patient deserves.
What Lucy believes makes this practice unique is simple: “It’s all about the patient—we listen and care! We have a high-tech practice with a stable, experienced team.”
Outside the office, Lucy enjoys reading, traveling, and watching her kids play sports. Her caring, dedicated, and compassionate nature makes every patient feel valued and understood.
Josh | Patient Facilitator & Recare Specialist
With 22 years in dentistry—17 chairside and five in his current remote role—Josh’s mission has always been clear: helping people achieve their dental health goals without fear. A graduate of Concord Technical Institute and Certified Dental Assistant, he joined our practice in 2006.
Josh truly listens to patients and helps them achieve their goals, creating an environment where everyone feels heard and valued. Born and raised in New Hampshire, he now lives in the mountains of Maine with his husband of 25 years.
An active spirit, Josh loves spending time in the mountains and at the ocean, with hiking, snowshoeing, and yoga topping his list of favorites. Empathetic, understanding, thoughtful, organized, and driven—Josh brings all these qualities to every patient interaction.
